Question About Cortelco Telephone 2200
3 way call feature...

Tried to conduct 3-way conference call using 3-way call button on phone, no luck. I was able to do it using the FLASH button but makes no sense to have a 3-way call button and it not work. I called my organization telephone support office, they couldnt figure it out either.. Please advise.....
