How do we set 2way radios to speak to each other, i have Conair phone GMRS102SLV 2 Way Radio

0 Press F button to first settings which are for channels, press up or down button to change the channel number on display. Press F until you get out of programming mode. Pressing up/down arrow without pressing F button once first will only change volume.
