Our company recently installed the SPA504G phones in our field office. We do not hav a single person who answers the phone. From what we have experienced so far is that when we park a call, there is no way to know whether the caller has gotten thru to the person they were calling, we can't tell if that person is still parked without scrolling over and down or up to the 'park status'. Are there steps we have missed to make this system more user friendly?
