Question About BT Telephone Diverse Classic 4010 with
We are unable to get a dialling tone on our Divers...

We are unable to get a dialling tone on our Diverse 4000 handsets (connected to a 4010 base). The 4000 handsets (2) do not ring although they are registered to base unit and everything appears correct. Also unable to hear caller on the extra handsets (although caller can hear us).
