Question About BT Telephone BT easicom 1000
suddenly we can hear the person we have phoned but...

suddenly we can hear the person we have phoned but they can't hear us. we have tried the usual secrecy button but to no avail. are there any other buttons we need to press to remove the problem? Many thanks for any help you can offer.

0 See if the handset cord has come lose from the socket on the phone. You may need to buy a new cord, BT still sell them I bought one a while back.
