My Converse 425 will no longer work and I understa...

My Converse 425 will no longer work and I understand the phone is discontinued. I would like to purchase a new phone with at least all the same features in particular direct dial from the directory, not from quick-dail buttons. Can you recommend which phone I should purchase.
