I have recently changed to plusnet as a provider and now cannot play my voicemail messages which are saved and flashing on the display of my BT studio plus 5500. When I press play messages an automated message says to press 1 on my handset to play messages, which I do, and then an automated message refers me to read the manual which doesn't give me the solution.
