Question About BT Cordless Telephone BT DIVERSE 6410
No Dial Tone...

I've just bought a 2nd hand Diverse 6410 duo, but can't get a dial tone. Am I missing something? I've got new batteries in it, and the phones themselves are registered to the base. I'm tearing my hair out here, please help!
