5 British Telecommunications (Bt) cordless comes in various designation. Though you did not specify the particular type yet; the formula to deleting messages when present or absent are precisely the same. In view of your question, the following steps are applicable: When you select menu, answer phone will be displayed on the screen. On pressing the select button, view message will appear pending your needed action. You will then proceeds to the list of answered phone message, select option and scroll to highlight either delete messages or delete all old messages. In the aspect of your needing to delete messages that was recorded in your absent, you would check in the voicemails where it was set, or missed calls. Scroll to missed calls, and then press option where delete messages will emerge. There you would delete all your missed calls. That will solve the problem.
