Question About BT Cordless Telephone 8500
BT8500 no link to base unit? The phone is charging...

BT8500 no link to base unit? The phone is charging but the base unit appears completely dead, none of the base functions work although the power light is on. Is there a fix please.

-1 Have the same problem. I also noticed that the green LED is no longer coming on and the base unit is extremely hot. Only bought it 2 months ago so have sent it back for a replacement.

-1 I had this issue.  I disconnected it at the mains for 60 seconds and removed the handset battery.  It's up and running.
