When making a call, I can hear the other person however I can not be heard- the secrecy button is not on - it appears that the secrecy is on but the icon is not showed

0 We cannot access automated services on this phone. i.e. press 1 for 2 for etc..When we press options it does not appear to register with the automated questions. What can we do to resolve this
