We have just replaced our answerphone with the same product, BT Response 75+, as it had just stopped switching over to answerphone and we are still having the same problem with the new one?????? It is all connected properly and we really don't know what to do now? Is there a possibility that it could be the line as BT say the lines are testing ok, please help
