Question About BT Answering Machine 1500
My new BT4500 will not record on the answer machin...

My new BT4500 will not record on the answer machine. Also it will not save my personal outgoing message.

0 I have the manual both downloaded and hard copy. Answer machine was working 2 weeks ago when first set up but not working now. On calling it you get the generic outgoing message for answer & record but machine is not recording any messages. Also will not save a personal outgoing message. I need more in depth information than the manual supplies.
