ANSWER PHONE NOT WORKING...

wHEN SETTING OUT GOING MESSAGE ON ANSWER PHONE THERE IS NO BLEEP FOR PEOPLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AFTER, SO IT WILL NOT RECORD ANY ONES MESSAGES. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE AS WE HAVE LOST THE MANUAL.
