Hi, is anyone else having this problem? I'm operating a Supertooth Light on my LG TU550. When I dial out, I alays have to turn the volume up as it won't retain the setting. As soon as it answers a call the volume level drops right down again to silence and I'm unable to hear the person on the other end until I've been able to get the volume back up again. Every damn time!
