Please can you tell me why my digital cordless telephone and answering machine will not tape messages it says"unable to leave a message". It is a Solas 1420 and I cannot find on line a instruction manual to download. I cannot work out how to delete my old messages either in case thats the problem. Would appreciate a prompt answer thanks
