lost manual...

I have a telephone clock radio and i can't set the time and date.

5 I just found my manual myself after diggin thru some files. Press and hold the "dekete" button down, then hit the "down" arrow. That will put you in the "setup" mode. Press "delete" to step thru the menu. Time and date are on there.
