I need a manual for BellSouth 473 phone for my 93 year old mother who's old phone went bad but she only wanted a phone that she was used to. I need to be able to program numbers and also how to work the features on the phone. How can she hit the disconnect from the hand set to make another call without going back to the wall mounted base? thank you
