Cannot renew OGM on HAC 862 phone. When phone say...

Cannot renew OGM on HAC 862 phone. When phone says "Begin speaking after the tone", it beeps once and immediately 3 times in quick succession and then says "Please try again". Have tried unplugging power from unit and have tried reset without success. dharper@capecod.net
