When the display shows the "Or" symbol, start your message. You can now release the OGM button . Press the OGM button when you have finished your message. The message display will show the "OP" symbol while your recorded message plays back.

0 To record incoming messages put in (incoming message) ICM selector switch mode. To record an out going message (OGM): Speak into the speaker to record you ranswering message. You may say somthing like "Sorry I can't answer the phone right now please leave your name, number, and a short message after the beep." Press and hold the OGM button until a beep tone is heard. When the display shows the "Or" symbol, start your message. You can now release the OGM button . Press the OGM button when you have finished your answering machine message. The message display will show the "OP" symbol while your recorded message plays back.
