I purchased a Bell South Visual Director CI-7112 Caller ID w/Voice Mail. I can not get it to display who is calling while I am on the line with someone else. YES, I have all of the services for this from my local phone company.Is there a trick to this?

0 I have the same problem. Does anyone know how to get the call waiting caller ID to work? I also have all the services required and can't get it to work! HELP!!
