Question About Bell Cordless Telephone None
busy signal always...

when plugged into phone outlet, the first 5 seconds it has the dial tone, but then has a continuous busy signal even if the receiver is replaced. This problem started probably after a thunder storm. Anyone knows of a fix or is this phone a toast?
