Question About Avaya Telephone 5420 + EU24
We plugged new phone in and it has been for about ...

We plugged new phone in and it has been for about two hours, and it still displayed "please wait" for a long period of time. Now it says System Incompatibility. We tried another phone and that one immediately displayed what is should have ("Customer Service & extension 1015." Could it be the phone itself or is there something we can do?
