We have Avaya Partner ACS R7 and one of our extensions keeps ringing when someone tries to get thru and never picks up. Any suggestions. FYI: we have had loss of power on storm day, 1/27/15 for 3 days and re booted system. All other extensions work and we are getting messages from patients.
