We have AVAYA 1408. I am unable to retrieve a message from the phone. The red light is lit in the upper right corner. I press the "message" icon on the phone, then the soft key "Visual Voice, Listen" appears...I press "Select", another message appears "Listen: Extn11 New=1" again I press "Select", however, no message is revealed. The phone is not password protected. I have previously accessed my messages, but for some reason I am unable to retrieve them now. Can you offer any suggestions?
