I have an Avaya 9335 AVB4 and have printed out the user manual which tells me which button to press to transfer a call. I can manage to talk to another person, but cannot complete the transfer process. I have been trying to complete the transfer by putting down the handset, but as this is not working, it obviously isn't the correct process. Please help.
