Hello I'm just going to give you a Scenario of the issue. Line 1 will ring at my desk and it will ring in the office next to me but only AFTER about 5 rings. Can I set that phone to ring as soon as the call comes in???? Thank you for your help. Samantha Marshall info@a-1lock.com
