How can I get the red light off from the main switchboard phone? Call comes in to switchboard out of hours, passes to 2 other phones in succession - no one there. All 3 red lights continue to stay on even though the there is no message left. Cannot delete. Ok with separate phones though. We do not have this via outlook either. Is there any way we can take off the red light by the actual phone??
