Question About Avaya Telephone 4424LD+
Programming feature buttons on 4412D+...

I have the User's guide, but either I don't understand the instructions, or my administrator has to do something first? I am not able to get the #00 to work. I just need to be walked through the steps to be able to pick up another's calls on my phone (Individual's extension)
