Problem with my Avaya answering service 1416. Why won't it use the message I recorded? I record a message for incoming calls after hours and it defaults to an automated recording and the dingbat that set up our system apparently didn't register it with Avaya because every time I call support, they say we don't exist. We have had this system for a little better than a year.
