Question About Avaya Telephone 4406D+, 4412D+, 4424D+, 4424LD+
picking up a call...

Sometimes whenever I answer the phone, or try to make a call, it doesn't connect to the line like it should. I have to fiddle around with the button under the handset to get the connection. By then the other party has been cut off. This is very frustrating. Is there something I can do to fix it? Thanks for your help.
