Could you supply the information as soon as possible please, as I am using the system as from this morning and do not know what I am doing!!!

0 Good Luck Barbara, Don't panic too much, they all work pretty much the same. Just get familiar with the button. If they are not labeled, ask a coworker what each button iss. http://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100176054
