I have the Avaya IP Office 1408 telephone. Our greeting has disappeared. When someone calls the program, we get an automated greeting, then a beep and silence. Our personal greeting is no longer there. I have checked the reference guide, and it does not give instruction as to recording the greeting. Can you assist?
