I have the 6408D+ model phone. How do I program my written name to show up on the phone display screen so that people that I call know that it is me who is calling?

0 Name display is done by your Avaya administrator. It can not be done at the user/extension level. You most likely have an Avaya Definity or Gateway by the model of phone. If you can get to the system terminal: x= ext number enter - cha sta xxxx tab to name - type name done
