I have an Avaya 9608 phone set and I have a Jabra 920 headset. I have purchase the Link 33 cable so that I can remote answer my phone. The problem is that I do not hear the ringing in my headset. I understand that somewhere in the phone menu is a place for me to correct this. Can you tell me how to do this? Thank you.
