I have an Avaya 4610 SW phone and Avaya one-x comm...

I have an Avaya 4610 SW phone and Avaya one-x communicator on my computer. I log into my avaya one on my computer for a meeting. when I loged off my phone is now giving me a message asking to enter my extension and then a log in which I do not have. How do I get my phone back to where I can use it?
