0 It depends on which system your connected to. On an Avaya IP Office, there are 2 ways they can set it up. http://www.ipofficeinfo.com/docs/ip_office_mailbox_user.pdf or http://www.ipofficeinfo.com/pdf/intuity_mailbox_user.pdf You could be connected to Definity/Avaya Gateway - or Third party voicemail, eg,DuVoice, Innline, ect... Will need more info to help you out further.
