Our company (Skanska USA Civil Southeast Inc.) has a conference call system set up through our Avaya phones. The system includes setting up individual calls utilizing pin numbers. I have been asked if there is any way to "restrict" the incoming calls as we have had people inadvertantly calling into the wrong "meeting". Is there anything I can do to put access restrictions on these calls?
