A colleague recently left our office however her mailbox still is password protected. When I try to enter a password it says mailbox full. We need to get into the mailbox to be able to change the voicemail etc. I hope you can help us?! Its an Avaya 1220 and the manuals just do not seem to relate to our phone i.e. it says press this button for services but when pressing it it says "no call to park" etc. Thank you!
