Question About Avaya Telephone 4621SW

I work from home my calls come in . i have 3 incoming line if i am speaking with a customer. Another caller calls the Ring is so LOUD .. How can i turn the volume down, I cant find a manual on line

1 With the handset on the hook, have you tried adjusting the volume down, perhaps as low as it can go? When the phone is on the handset and the speaker button is not activated, the volume buttons control ringer volume. When the speaker button is active, volume controls the speakerphone volume. When the handset is picked up, volume controls handset volume.
