This phone is not equipped with a mute button, for when I'm on a conference call I can mute the phone and still here the other caller but they can not here me are any interference on my end. What model of phone do you have that has this option and what is the cost, and is there a supplier around Longview Texas. Also we have 4 of these phones and the time is suppose to be set on auto where the changes by it self, which it does change but the time is always wrong, need a manual for this phone are how to reset the time on the phones.
