We have an Avaya phone that came with the building SN 061751299404 (not sure where to find the model) and the message icon on the phone is lit up in red. There isn't a button for messages. This is the only phone that shows the message amongst the 3 in the office. Not sure how to check it and/or if we have individual messaging set up in the office. 206-284-6181 is our main line if that helps to get some sort of direction.
