I have bad the this wireless headset for a couple of years. Two weeks ago i replaced the battery in the cordless headset. Today all i hear is a really static noise and my customers can't hear me over his loud static. I have turned the configuration dial on the side slowly around and around and can't seem to find a clear dial tone without the really loud static. Please HELP!!
