We have an AT&T 992 2-line phone. We aren't getting a dial tone. When someone tries to call, they get a msg: "Your mailbox is full. You cannot leave a msg at this time." We are new to this office, don't even know the password for the mailbox. Is there a code you can give us to skip the password that was set? We really don't know what to do next...
