Unable to transfer incoming calls from two model 1040 phones (ext 11 & 12) to another model 1040 phone (ext 13). After an investigation, ext 13 phone was not connected to the same telephone wire line as ext 11 and 12. The telephone wire line for ext 11 and 12 is connected to a wall mount with the telephone number of 426-2073 and 426-2324; and for ext 13, the telephone wire line was connected to a wall mount with the telephone number of 426-5532. Who do I call for help?
