I have lost manual and cannot figure out how to program a number in the phone.

4 lift handset/press & release PROG/enter the #/will beep after each # is entered/press & release the button the # will be stored/hang up after # is entered. repeat for each #

3 I ALSO HAVE LOST MANUAL AND CANNOT PROGRAM PHONE NUMBER IN SPEED DIAL
