5 lift handset off; hit program button; dial number;hit memory button and any digit 1 thru 9. hang up. to dial just hit the memory button and the digit 1 thru 9. this should work.

0 yes. but which button is the program button? on the left or the right? I lost the piece of paper that was on the phone the told you which is which?
