Memory full...

How do you clear the "memory full" message!! I can't get any messages. When I try to play, it stops mid way and I get memory full. I've deleted everything on the phone - cid, rdl, everything.

0 went to www.telephones.att.com, went through the troubleshooting tips for my model and found answer (tip #3 at below link). Answer: To delete all previously heard messages: At the base, press DELETE, then choose a mailbox (M1 or M2). This cleared my mailbox and phones are working again.
