5 Each memory location holds up to 16 digits. If more than that is needed, you can use two buttons, then just press first memory button, wait, then press second memory button. “PAUSE” button generates 3-second pause, and counts as one digit. Storing a new number in a memory button erases any previous number stored there. To erase a stored number and leave that memory button empty, follow steps 1-4 above and use only “PAUSE” as the compete new “number” to be stored there.

5 1. Lift handset and press and release “PROG” button. 2. Dial the telephone number. You will hear a beep when each key is pressed. (If a dialing delay is needed in the phone number sequence, press and release the “PAUSE” button at the place where it is needed.) 3. Press and release the memory button where the number is to be stored. 4. Hang up after the number is entered correctly.
