Question About AT&T Telephone CL 83451
I'm having a problem with my cordless phone model ...

I'm having a problem with my cordless phone model CL 83451; It has a dial tone, screen looks normal, but when I call out I get a busy signal; and, when someone calls in, it does not ring, but says the person cannot take your call now, please leave a message. But, there are no messages. Please advise.
